You probably recognise the question ‘what do you do all day over there in Portugal?’ And do you sometimes feel uncomfortable saying that you are enjoying yourself!

Or you suddenly receive unsolicited advice and criticism about for example your children’s upbringing?  You’re totally confident about how you’re managing it all, but still a bad feeling and doubt comes up.

Standing up for who you truly are
There are lots of examples like this, but the main question is: Do you sometimes get an uncomfortable feeling when asked certain questions by people? And do you always have the idea that you have to defend or justify yourself? If so…then it’s time to stand up for who you really are.
Because why is it, after all, that we keep getting prompted to behave in a certain way? That we want to apologise, explain or be made to doubt…. Often it comes from a memory that is triggered or a limiting belief, which gets in the way of you truly being yourself. Regardless what your environment thinks of that.
How to deal with triggers
During this workshop we are going to work on triggers, reactions and how to stay out of them. Because we all have that deep desire to be fully ourselves and choose what makes us happy.

Imagine yourself what it would be like to become aware of what certain questions or comments do to you, without getting defensive or stepping into trauma or drama? Wouldn’t it be so much easier to stay connected to yourself and come with a response or action from that connection…or to just keep shining like the Portuguese sun!

Taking steps towards balance, being your happy self and making this your own, that’s what we are going to do during this interactive workshop.

  • Explain what triggers there are and how they arise
  • Show and experience how you can deal with your automatic reactions
  • Do exercises to quickly regain your balance, so that you do not have to walk around with it all day long
  • Give you exercises, tips & tricks for at home

Who is Diana?
Diana is a certified Enneagram trainer and family and children’s coach. On this day, I will take you through my knowledge of how triggers arise and how we react from defence rather than our own strength. I will also explain a little bit about the enneagram. This gives insight into how each person views the world through their own ‘coloured’ glasses. And that is not always through your glasses.

Who is Alexandra?
Alexandra is a consciousness coach, energetic bodyworker and bon vivant. This day, I will let you experience what it is like to be even more in connection with your heart and your body. To be able to ‘release’ emotions, feelings, fears and physical sensations that come up in certain situations quickly, from this inner connection. I will also briefly talk about the power of awareness and truly being you.
