Algarve= the perfect place to stay, all year round
The Mediterranean climate of the Algarve not only provides warm summers for sunshine holidays, but is also ideal for spending the winter. Do you prefer active holidays or can’t stand the heat? Then visit this beautiful region in the mild spring or autumn.
The apartment
You will stay in “A Rosa Pequena” a comfortable 3 room flat, which is equipped with all conveniences. Besides a fully equipped kitchen, there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed.
In the living room there is a pellet burner, a sofa and a dining table that seats 6. The flat is located on a property that is fully fenced, with ample parking space and a private terrace equipped with shades.
Algoz & Surroundings
The Quinta da Rosa Branca is centrally located in the Algarve (South Portugal) just outside Algoz. Algoz is a rural village with a few small supermarkets, shops, a post office and several shops & restaurants.
You can visit the medieval town of Silves or easily drive to lively (bathing) places likes Lagos, Portimão, Tavira or Loulé. The famous limestone coastline with many beautiful beaches in between, can be found on both the south and the west coast.
Distances by car
Algoz 8 minutes, Silves 15 minutes, Faro Airport 40 minutes, Guia Shopping Mall 20 minutes, the beach 25 minutes and the nearest golf course 20 minutes.

Details
- The capacity of the apartment is maximum 3 persons.
- There are no facilities for babies and small children (cot, high chair, etc.).
- No pets.
- No parties or other events (without consultation).
- The minimum stay is one week.
- All linen is included. Halfway through the week you can get clean towels. For stays of 10 days or longer the bedding is changed halfway through the period.
- Extra cleaning is optional for stays longer than 7 days.
- Winter hire [nov-april]. Prices include two bags of woodpellets for the heater. Additional wood pellets and additional cleaning (€50,-) are not included.
Cancellation policy
A booking is final when we receive the 25% deposit. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If the apartment can be rented for the cancelled period, the deposit can be transfered to a later date. The balance can be paid on arrival.
Car hire
When staying at the Quinta da Rosa Branca it is essential to have a car as nothing is within walking distance.
There are several companies on the internet that offer cheap car hire. It is worthwhile to surf the web or ask us for tips. We have good experience with AV Rental (no commission, just good, honest experience!).
